At Between The Lines, every poster is made to order and personalised specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for non-faulty items.

Personalised Products

All Between The Lines posters are custom-made using the details and files provided at the time of purchase. As personalised items cannot be resold, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun. We kindly ask that you carefully review all personalisation details before placing your order.

 


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item
• A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

 


Incorrect Personalisation

Between The Lines cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from:

• Incorrect names or details submitted
• Incorrect files uploaded
• Spelling mistakes provided by the customer

Order Cancellations

As orders enter production quickly, cancellations or changes may not be possible once an order has been placed.
