You can export your chat directly within WhatsApp:

On iPhone:

Open the chat → Tap contact name → Scroll down → Export Chat

On Android:

Open the chat → Tap menu (⋮) → More → Export Chat

Choose “Without Media” when exporting.

This produces a .txt file suitable for upload.

Upload issues are usually caused by:

• Incorrect file format
• Media included in export
• Extremely large files
• Browser/network issues

Yes! Privacy is a core principle of Between The Lines. Your file is only ever processed within your browser meaning we only receive the essential information needed to create your poster.

No! Your chats are not visible to us or stored anywhere. We only ever receive the raw data needed to produce your poster

Unfortunately, we do not currently allow for previews of your poster. Please ensure all information uploaded is accurate at the time of ordering.

Shipping & Returns FAQs

As each poster is custom-made, production times vary slightly.

Typical timelines:

• Creation & processing → 1–3 business days
• Delivery → 1-2 business days

Currently, we are only able to ship within the United Kingdom.

Because posters are personalised, they cannot be returned unless faulty.

Custom artwork cannot be resold or reused.

If your poster arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

We will always provide a fair resolution.
